The Index Plus is an enhanced version of Joseph Joseph's multi-award-winning chopping board categorization system. Designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types, Index Plus contains four individual chopping boards with four matching knives. Each chopping board is color coded and has its own illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for. Each corresponding knife is also color-coded accordingly. With Index Plus you can prepare vegetables, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately. Dishwasher safe. Overall, set measures 13-1/4 by 4 by 12-1/2-inches.
