It is packaged really well, with individual packing. The brush is soft and cleans well, hence no scratches either on the flanges. It is a great value of money, since you're getting a variety of flanges in very less cost. The measuring tool is a silicone one as well as a paper on. Unfortunately I was in between sizes, so I contacted customer support and they got back to me with prompt responses. Great customer support, they were very kind to offer me a free replacement of the other sizes. You should go in for this product as it lets you play around with different sizes at a fraction of cost.

These are a lifesaver! The sizing tool is super helpful, given that throughout breast-feeding your size may change multiple times… There was a mixup in mine, where I received two sets of the 21 mm instead of a set of 19 mm. I reached out to the company, within 24 hours they had a replacement product shipped! They were kind and respectful, and quick to resolve the issue.
