It works well, I haven’t had more than three or four mild hot flashes since I started this product in January 2025.I was having at least 20 meltdown hot flashes everyday and sleepless nights waking up all sweaty and frustrated.Huge difference and I feel more like myself again.

Very fast shipping to Portugal. I don't know how to get this kind of thing in Europe without a prescription so it's nice to just be able to order it online.The cream definitely does something, I used half a pump a day for a few days and it made me feel weird (like moody, tired, pms, water retention type feelings), I think it is a bit too strong for me maybe. I stopped it and will try it again at a much smaller dose (maybe a quarter of a pump a few times a week). I'm 45 and already using progesterone USP at night to help with sleep, but I still have hot flashes and night sweats so thought some estrogen might help too.

Good product met my expectations.

This is the second bottle I've purchased. The first one was great - it didn't just melt right into my skin, but nothing a little rubbing and some patience couldn't handle, and did what I wanted the product to do. Then I ordered a second bottle after finishing the first, and it worked great for a couple of weeks, but then all of sudden, it won't pump any more product! Only air comes out. I have pumped and pumped and pumped and PUMPED, and - nothing. Same result over multiple attempts, too - and I've tried shaking it, turning it upside down, warming it in a sink of warm water, etc., etc.. I know the bottle still has product in it by the weight of it, and the fact that I'd only used it for a couple of weeks (the first bottle lasted me several months with near daily use!) So I have a bunch of product, but no way to get it out of the bottle. Also, the bottle is fully opaque so there is no way to tell just how much product is left inside until one day, it's just empty! But I haven't had this second bottle nearly long enough for it to be empty so soon. I'd give 5 stars for the first bottle and 1 star for the second, averaging out to 3 stars.

I can’t give a real review because the pump on it broke after a few uses? I attempted to dismantle the pump and save any the product, but the way it’s assembled it’s impossible to do so? I don’t buy the junk again!
