Finally, Tiramisu for Everyone!
“These Schar lady fingers saved my dessert night. I grew up in the 80s watching my mom make tiramisu with the regular ones, but now that I’m gluten free, I thought I’d never enjoy the real deal again. These are light, crisp, and soak up espresso just like the classics — no weird aftertaste, no crumbly mess. My tiramisu came out just as good as the traditional recipe, and even the non-GF family couldn’t tell the difference. Gluten free lady fingers for the win
I used these to make tiramisu yesterday. They were a good price and tasted great soaked in espresso. They were nice and crispy, not at all stale, although I doubt it would have mattered for this recipe. Thankful to have a gluten free option!

I missed these
Bought these to make a tiramisu. They taste spot on, but they are a lot airier and larger than a regular lady finger so if dunking them in liqueur, just a slight dunk on one side. Overall amazing tho

Best GF Lady Fingers Known
Perfectly flavored. Very delicate. If you need to douse them in a liquid they disintegrate rapidly. Dunk them quickly and into the dish needed.

They were all broken.. bad deal

Worked well for Tiramisù but not good overall
They made a tasty pumpkin Tiramisù. I used them because I was bringing it to a neighbor who needs to be gluten free. However, they aren’t packaged very well, so the majority of them were broken. Okay for this use, but they could not have been served to guests as “cookies.” They were the only gluten free lady fingers I could find and were quite pricey given their condition.

Great when not smashed to powder
These are pretty good for gluten free, though they are a bit more delicate so handle carefully. The first time I ordered, a few were broken but that was workable. The second time, almost half of the first box and a quarter of the 2nd was powder. So it was a big waste. This 2nd purchase was shipped in just plastic wrapping, it should be shipped in a box with cushioning given how delicate it is.
