Hi. i an adult uk size 8 (eu 42) and a little worried about buying a boot that supposedly fits an adult size 7.5 to 10 uk foot. will they be too big?

My daughter is a size 2 in trainers and wants to wear her pumps in these boots. What size should I buy?

my son is a size 5-6 uk, the sizes are a bit confusing - would adult medium suit him og 5/7 uk or what?
